The Mountaineer Marathon and Half Marathon is a running race that will benefit the sports progams at Lake City Community School. All proceeds will be donated to the Lake City Community School Athletic program. This is our second year to be running the Mountaineer Marathon and Half!
The Marathon will be held on May 28th, 2012.
The race will begin at 7:00 am and everyone will be off the course by around 1:00.
The start and the finish will be at the Lake City Town Park. The park that is across the street from the bank on Silver St.
There should be plenty of parking down Silver St. but if you need to find extra parking you can park up and down 3rd Street and outside the armory.
It will be run up Hinsdale County Rd. 20 (a.k.a. the Henson Creek Rd.)
